What is Udyam Registration?
Udyam Registration is the new process for MSME Registration introduced by the Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises. It replaces the earlier process of Udyog Aadhaar Registration.
Once registered, your business will receive a permanent 16-digit Udyam Registration Number and an e-certificate, which is recognized by all government departments and financial institutions.

Note: No additional documents like proof of address, proof of turnover, or investment certificate are required to be uploaded. The government verifies information through integration with other databases (Income Tax, GST, etc.).
